on video 12V car alternator to brushless generator

In this video I am going to modify the rotor or field of this 12v car alternator using neodymium magnets and turn it into a permanent magnet brushless generator (Self-excited Alternator)

Little video on modifying a car alternator.
The goal is to transfer the regulation and rectification part, to directly extract the connections of the coils.
This will be used in future tests, for several projects.

If you want to use an alternator to charge a battery, there is of course no need to do all that.
On the other hand, it will be necessary to identify the connections, because there are different configurations (and regulators), which do not work exactly in the same way.
Some will have for example 2 "pilot" wires...
This will be used in future tests, for several projects.
